Registration Policy for Florida Trust Realty, Inc.

In order to avoid any conflicts, please follow the following procedures for registering your prospective Buyer/Tenant for our listings:

Your prospect will be registered with us for a period of 90 days, only if one of the following takes place:

(a)  You have written letter letter of authorization on your prospect's stationary stating that you represent the company(or the individual)

              OR

(b)  You allow one of us to meet with your prospect with you.

The protection period shall be renewed only if you are actively involved in the negotiations.  Only one registration per prospect will be accepted.  Our office works on the first-in recognized basis, unless the prospect in writing denies the first broker as procuring cause.

This registration period will be terminated should you inform our firm by telephone or in writing, that your prospect no longer has an interest in our listing.
